Flycare service is entirely free for the passenger

 

Price list

 

1. Service Fee

Flycare does not charge any Service Fee in case the claim is successful or in case of negative results.

  1. In case of all flights of 1,500 km or less, where the Client is entitled to a compensation of 250 EUR, the Client does not have to pay any Service Fee.
  2. For all intra-Community flights of more than 1,500 km and for all flights between 1,500 km and 3,500 km, where the Client is entitled to a compensation of 400 EUR, the Client does not have to pay any Service Fee.
  3. In case of all flights of more than 3,500 Km, where the Client is entitled to a compensation of 600 EUR, the Client does not have to pay any Service Fee.

 

2. Legal Action Fee

The Legal Action Fee will be remitted by tha airline and it will be charged only if the Legal Action is necessary and the claim is successful. The Client does not have to pay any legal action fee in case of negative results.

  1. For all flights of 1,500 km or less, where the Client is entitled to a compensation of 250 EUR, the Client will has to pay the Legal Action Fee that will be remitted by the airline.
  2. In case of all intra-Community flights of more than 1,500 km and for all flights between 1,500 km and 3,500 km, where the Client is entitled to a compensation of 400 EUR, the Client will has to pay the Legal Action Fee that will be remitted by the airline.
  3. For all flights of more than 3,500 Km, where the Client is entitled to a compensation of 600 EUR, the Client will has to pay a Legal Action Fee that will be remitted by the airline.

 

3. Customers from Travel Agencies and other Corporate Agreements

If you have entered into an Agreement with Flycare via a travel agency or another corporate agreement, as provided by the service fee and legal action fees does not change.

 

4. Flight Compensation Amount Guarantee

Flycare guarantees that the Client will always get the right amount of compensation in EUR, despite the fact that Flycare might be paid in another currency by the airliners and incur fees and FX cost related to receiving the funds. Flycare will therefore never reduce the EUR amount under EC261 with potential FX cost and bank charges related to receiving the funds.

All compensation is, therefore, always paid in EUR, unless otherwise specifically requested by the Client and accepted by Flycare.
This gives the Client transparency on the compensation paid out and the ability to always be able to check that Flycare has transferred the right amount in accordance with EC261.

 

5. Value Added Tax (VAT)

All fees and charges stated in this Price List include applicable VAT, unless otherwise specified.

 

The amount of the refund, in exceptional cases, may be different from those indicated above.
In such cases, it will be expressly agreed between the Client and the lawyer that represents him or her.
